All School Holidays will require a minimum booking of 4 nights with the exception of Bank holiday weekends, which will require a minimum booking of 3.
No one night bookings are allowed and no On-spec bookings.
We are fully booked for the August Bank holiday weekend.
All Lodges and Statics are privately owned and are not available for hire.

We are a family site and take only Families and Couples.
Extra visitors need to be confirmed and paid for at the time of booking. No extra visitors will be allowed on site until payment has been received.
All bookings require a £10 per night deposit which is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
Balance - Payable 1 week prior to arrival or payment in full, if booking is made within one week of arrival.
Cheques and Debit Cards accepted. No Credit Cards.
Please note we are not in control of the Weather.
If you cut short your stay with us for whatever reason, unless it is under Government regulations, your booking will be NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
Dogs: All dogs have to be booked for at the time of booking, maximum of two per booking are allowed. They must remain on a lead at all times and all dog fouling has to be picked up and deposited in the appropriate dog litter bins.
All breeds of dogs are welcome with the exception of prohibited breeds as listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
COVID 19 – Postponement and Cancellation for 2021 Season
This clause explains when you, or we, may cancel or agree to postpone your holiday due to Government restrictions. We prefer that you postpone but will always allow you to cancel where the law gives you the right to do so.
The rights in this clause are additional to any other rights either of us may have in our terms and conditions.
We promise to keep all our customers safe. We ask you not to book if the law prevents you visiting or staying with us, or if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us even if the law still allows you to. Our promise also means that there are limited circumstances in which we may need to cancel your holiday.
Either of us has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if the law prevents you from visiting or staying with us. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full less any costs we have already incurred on your holiday which we cannot recover elsewhere (“Direct Costs”). If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel, again less any Direct Costs. We will not charge an administration fee.
Either of us also has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us, even if the law still allows you to do so. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full. If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel. We will not charge an administration fee and we will not deduct any Direct Costs.
Changes to our facilities and services
We may make reasonable changes to the facilities and services at the park provided these changes do not materially reduce their quality. Our changes may reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a health and safety risk.
If we make changes to the facilities and services at the park which materially reduce their quality, we will give you the choice between confirming your booking, agreeing new booking dates with us or cancelling. If your holiday has not started and you decide to cancel, then we will refund your booking in full. If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel. We will not charge an administration fee, and we will not deduct any Direct Costs.
For all other cancellations not due to Government regulations:-
If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply,
Full refund minus the deposit for cancellations more than 21days.
Cancellations within 21 days or less no refund.
Arrivals/Departures:- Pitches are available from 2pm until 6.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late arrivals/departures subject to availability of pitch please contact to confirm.

When you book with us we will require the following information in order to process the booking. Your name, address, postcode, email address and contact telephone number. These details will be used to process and confirm your booking with us. We will use your email address to email your booking confirmation and other related information regarding your booking. If you do not wish to have your booking confirmation emailed, we will post the confirmation/receipts instead.
We use a data processor, Campstead Ltd who own Campmanager, which is a park management data processor, who will process the information that we provide to them and they generate the booking confirmations/receipts that are required to confirm your booking. Campmanager are not given any details regarding payment only the source of how you have paid. ie, debit card, cheque or cash. CampStead Ltd may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.
All data that you provide us with is stored on servers located in a secure UK data centre which complies to the ISO 27001 information security standard. All Campmanager data is transferred securely over SSL (secure sockets layer) 256-bit encryption. All data is encrypted and transmitted securely.
Mynydd Du Caravan Park will only contact you in relation to your booking or an enquiry which you have asked for specific information to be sent. We will not send you any marketing information.
After your stay, Campmanager may contact you to invite you to leave a review which is used for our own internal purposes only and will not be published on our website.
Mynydd Du is a family campsite, we do not have a Clubhouse and visitors are not permitted on site. We do not allow excessive drinking or loud music. Noise levels to be reduced by 10.30p.m. Open fires are not allowed. We do allow BBQs which must be raised off the grass. All children must be supervised and not allowed to walk off on their own.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and ask anyone to leave.
Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices should the rate of VAT change.
